This is a tip for dementia caregivers. We can also apply this in life.
The key is to just keep moving.
Keep pushing forward. Keep learning.
I just finished talking to a gentleman who is also a physical therapist.
He’s starting his life here in the US and he’s learning the ins and outs of the life of being a physical therapist.
I told him that sometimes, you just have to take a risk. You just have to do it.
You have done it before. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it will not.
The key here is to just keep doing what you’re doing and focus on your goal.
If it did not work today, it might work tomorrow.
You have to learn how to cope up with the different challenges in life.
That’s how you’re going to succeed in life and in taking care of your loved ones.
Do not stress about it. The strategy that you did today may not work tomorrow but it may work the next day.
