  1. Dear Dr. Reyes,
    I have been involved in the field of fitness for over 70years, and consider your exercises for seniors to be most effective for flexibility, balance and stability. What I don’t understand is why you don’t take time to include posture awareness and explain why activating pelvic muscles as you do the exercises is so vital! I also would include combining “ breathing” with some of the aerobic exercises.
    I am 97 and the author of “Shape up! As you sit, stand walk.” It’s all about posture and how my one mental image can change a “ slouch” to “ stretch” ! I would love to share it with you if you are interested. I believe that maintaining proper posture and spine alignment are key when it comes to every movement we make.
