Take the path to certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.

This is an 8 hour class and often offers CEU's. Please check individual course announcements for dates/times/locations and CEU information. CEU may be offered through CE Broker for: Nursing Home Administrators, RN/LPN/ARNP, SW and LMHC as well as Professional Guardians.

This seminar is designed for all health care professionals and front line staff who work with clients that have Dementia/Alzheimer’s. This is the required seminar for those pursuing CDP ®certification and who qualify through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners/International Council of Dementia Care Practitioners.

To see if you qualify for certification, please visit the NCCDP web site at www.nccdp.org or just come for the education.

Upon completion of the seminar, you will have 30 days to submit your application to NCCDP for certification.
