I just finished working out and I wanted to go LIVE and I saw this 10-year challenge, and it’s just amazing! All these people are posting their pictures 10 years ago. And then I also saw my picture 10 years ago.

I saw my 2009 pictures, and I realize that I weigh more than 220 pounds now. ­čśÇ

Here’s my challenge for you – Are you better now 10 years ago, or are you still the same? Are you better? Are you leveling up?

If 10 years ago you’re still the same, you have to level up and push yourself to the next level.

Get out of your comfort zone.

10 years from now, what do you want to be?
