This was a very informative class. Even though I knew much of the content theoretically, I still learned so much because of all the great ideas presented by Mike and the other professionals in the class.

Mike didn't give a lecture - he facilitated an interactive experience with networking and fluid exchange of ideas born out of everyone's varied experiences.

The Dementia Practitioner course is an eye-opener to clinicians like me how to approach   and communicate effectively on patients with dementia. The seminar also depicted Dementia caregiver training that is imperative to someone who is taking care of patients with this condition. What I really like the most is the sharing  of experiences and techniques  from other clinicians from their actual patients’ day to day treatments as every individual has unique differences. I highly recommend this course to every clinician!
